The rest of OPEC gives Saudi Arabia the universal "what the forget" sign. They remind Saudi Arabia that Japan is on the other side of the planet and there is absolutely zero reason for them to give a forget about reinterpreting their constitution.
If they go imperial again it'll negatively affect who we can sell it to.

we haven't publicly declared Taiwan as an ally so

PAFTO and APPA will standardize paperwork and processing of goods traveling between countries within both trade organizations to help simplify trade between the two organizations.
