he makes a valid point

the united states begins developing a new military operations force to utilize unconventional tactics and operate all types of military equipment. Current special forces units will still continue to operate as special combat teams when this new force takes over the role of u.s. special operations command. It will be independent from all branches in the U.S. military, and will draw qualified candidates, who volunteer, from the government and existing military branches. Personnel who elect to serve in this force will go through rigorous training, but the ground combat personnel (this includes vehicle crews) will be the only ones subjected to extensive training, from survival in all climates, to various infiltration techniques, and combat maneuvering, things you would typically expect from a special forces unit. The air combat component of the unit remains mostly unchanged from the air force and naval/marine aviation units, except there will be more emphasis on improvisation and working with more dated equipment, relying more on a pilot's skill and shrewdness instead of cutting edge equipment. This unit will also utilize a combination of 'enemy' tactics to provide aggressor training to the regular military.

tl;dr; somewhat self-sufficient unconventional special operations unit that doesn't have a name yet, designed to further implement some components of european military forces that do not have as much personnel, even though the scope of u.s. basic training has been increased to allow your average infantryman to take the initiative (being able to read maps, manage ammunition, being able to perform some command tasks and maybe fix vehicles) and do some logistics work as well.

but would he know that? you guys were embroiled in a conflict earlier. one could say many wars of conquest were started by the "rightful return of lands", as well. i'm not entirely sure about the fire-on-site rule but extra patrols would be precisely what i would do

To combat the recent money problems Albania has had, a corporation tax is heightened on high-rise buildings to protect planes coming over from Greece or other nations.

Education reform, similar to Taiwan's, is underway.

Test Launching Proto Kangaroo II. Successful liftoff and landing. We proceed with construction for a cargo spacecraft.
