Can't left click any of these icon on my taskbar

I mean, I can't click on say the battery icon, it does nothing. Hell I can't even click on that windows icon in the bottom left. Not even de key on my keyboard does anything. So I restarted my windows explorer but that didn't do anything. Restarted the PC multiple times but still nothing.
Than I saw something about going into regedit and doing somehing but the folder isn't there. And also running a command in PowerShell but I get an error.

thats some form of elvish I can't read.

Nothing. I booted up my pc and that stuff happened

well the only option you can really choose is to reinstall windows but you told us to forget off or whatever
