I did, months ago. I'm doing it again for good measure.

I just ran diagnostics, here's what it says.

How do I get to BIOS again?

Seems to me like either the OS is missing or damaged. You might need to backup your data, format the drive and reinstall Windows or whatever. Just my assessment though, I could be wrong.

How do I get to BIOS again?
When you start up the computer, you should see some buttons like "F2" or "F12" or whatever. You'll have to be quick.

So I should put the OS repair disc in?

did the bios confirm the hdd is there?

So I should put the OS repair disc in?
yes, see if it even detects the hdd. if it doesn't, then you know it's not an issue with the OS being corrupt and an issue physically with the hdd

Do I have to run that SMART test or whatever? Or will it say? It said there were two drives.

yeah your optical and your hdd
run the windows disc and choose repair when it asks if you want to install

put in microwave for 10 minutes 10/10 approve it works Your hard drive might of had a head crash, where the head of the needle crashes and scratches the hard drive. It might have crashed on the system info or OS, which might be the reason it isn't recognized. If this were the case, you need to get a new hard drive and re-install windows, or go to a data recovery center.
