You should understand, you can't just easily switch ISP's, depending on where you live you may or may not be restricted to a few select options as its a way to break apart major cable providers to territories.

Btw, no one cares about how you have worldwide calling, that's a terrible argument for your "point" which is completely unclear what you're trying to make here.
