Author Topic: My friends beat up a handicapped kid  (Read 8013 times)

I have a mental disorder. So it's not my fault that I took a stuff on your floor!
actually it probably isn't because a lot of people with mental disorders have no sense of right and wrong or don't understand consequences

I'll beat it into them

back when i was in elementary there was a kid like that
this group of like 5 huge loving guys, like im talking 150 pounds and past 5 feet high already in elementary school would defend him

a few kids were picking on him at the end of the recess field and we spotted them
they were throwing pine cones at him and calling him names and that bit, usual bully activities

the entire loving school began to run down the field towards him, including the couple of buff guys in the front
i've never seen someone so scared in my life as the guy who coordinated the attack on the special needs kid, all he could see is the entire school running towards him like a stampede

he got in a stuffload of trouble and almost got his ass kicked pretty loving hard

Maybe they would if someone would actually try to teach them instead of letting them get away with it because "they have mental problems"

You can't just say to people "That is wrong, don't do it" and expect them to stop it
My teachers tell the kids to stop swearing, but they keep on swearing.
My teachers tell the kids off for bullying people, they keep on doing it.

For special needs kids, alot of them are essentially babies and toddlers mentally, not rebellious teenagers. Use positive and negative reinforcement, scold them for doing things, and they can learn. If you treat them like they can do no wrong, then they'll run amok like wild animals because they don't get in trouble.

Some forgettard beat the stuff out of me when I accidently scored an own goal in Football. I was brought to the medical room and he followed me there and continued to pulverize me. Thank god he was kicked out of my school.

did u look like this afterwards

Whats that got to do with what i said.

That only shows what you really care about lol
I dunno, maybe so those kids are dissuaded from beating up anybody else?

i am back from not cool school
well i didn't have to say anything because the kid had told some people that had likely asked what happened to him and they told whoever and they got in trouble, but not me? i guess he didn't see me do anything? they do check the cameras and they probably saw me in there but i was trying to get them to stop hitting him so i dont know why they never called me in or anything. they might be getting sent to wheatley (our juvenile suspension thingy place) or getting a long time of ISS (in-school-suspension) but wheatley is more likely. i really don't know what they expected? they were in the office the whole day so i didn't get to talk to them. the handicapo kid still came to school but he was wearing these glasses from mcdonalds to cover up his swollen or black eye. he was acting how he always was, giving a random middle finger to people. he actually sat with people today (some of the girls who were being nice to him because of what happened) and thats cool i guess

i find this hard to believe

that has nothing to do with social capabilities which he obviously has a problem with them

use some common sense dude

Honestly it sounds like he was picking the fight. Is it obvious that hes handicapped or is it just slightly enough to get a hint that he may have actual issues?
Hey dude I think that since you're pretty loving handicapped yourself you would have more sympathy for someone like yourself

If you haven't done naything by now tell a loving teacher or guidance or something
Very hard dilemma. Let a disabled kid get bullied or lose face in your peer-group of punk teenagers.

This shouldn't be a hard choice if you're not an actual piece of stuff.
like what the forget

edit: my b didnt see u posted above
I guess it worked out, but tell someone next time immediately, shouldn't have to get his ass kicked just because some richardheads wanted to beat up a handicapped kid

This story is a perfect example of how the youth of society is, i am not one of those people who say society if forgeted up, etc. but this is basically what someone would call reality.  You have that one guy who has  mental disorder who decides to do what he thinks is the right thing to do and tries to act cool in his own way.  In doing so, he gets beat up and now his whole outlook onto life is messed up.  This is exactly how emo people and brony's are created, which we all mock.  But anyway, you did the right thing by trying to stop them from beating on him and you didn't actually get into it with them, this is good.  But, you should have told someone instead of keeping quiet, and i don't think the blockland forums is the place to do it, i think you should tell an adult.  Keep in mind that many people will think you are a "snitch" or some bull stuff like that, but keep in mind you are doing this for someone who is less fortunate than you.
