Let's study this question: if it's a genie who presents me with this wish, I probably doubt my sanity and disregard the situation as a hallucination and wish for something as a joke, and then proceed to get saddled with the worst ailment ever or waste the wish accidentally. Assuming the latter, I probably get regretful diarrhea when I realize it wasn't hallucinated. Mmm. Liquid, regretful stuff.
If I just start to have the wish, I probably will not realize that I have it at all. Then on one stressful school night when I have something due, I'm in an internal depressed panic and probably mournfully wish that all my work was done. Then I'd miraculously find that I'd done it, my mind would crack from trying to process the situation, I'd thank God in heaven and finally go to sleep. (and then lose the miraculously finished work in the morning)
But assuming I have my wits about me/am conscious of having it I'd just wish to have more money because money does a ridiculously wonderful amount of stuff. including the regretful kind!
