Firefox Makes the Top Bar Blue When Switching Tabs?

So earlier I was messing around with monitor settings because my main monitor was flashing black for some reason (along with lines and bars of my background showing through things like Firefox, Skype, Steam, and some games randomly...) and now whenever I go to a different tab on Firefox the top bar is blue, and in a Windows 7 style...


this happens on both monitors and is extremely annoying.

Any help?

did you try restarting it
