Author Topic: What are the earliest memories you are capable of remembering?  (Read 3972 times)

I remember my dad putting me in my crib for a nap and screaming because for some inexplicable reason I just did not want to take a nap. I was probably no older than 2.5 years.

I also remember looking over the edge of a cliff at the Grand Canyon at about 3.

As well as my parents listening to a Missy Elliott album before I could even speak.

falling off the edge of the grand canyon at about 3

I wedged my leg through my crib.

Like, I squeezed my leg through the wooden bars and I couldn't get it out.

The earliest I can recall is bowling with some family friends when I was like 3

One of my earliest was me, 3 at the time, shoving all sorts of clothes into my under-wear for some loving reason that I don't know. It felt good at the time, and when I did it someone rang the bell and I ran into my room, removing all of the stuff from my underwear.

1998 I do believe, a glass table broke over me and a piece of glass sliced my arm. A few years later my finger is almost chopped off by a metal fan.

I don't have any old good memories :c

My ears hurting during a plane ride to Hungary... Must have been like 2-4 back then...

I was about 18 months old and my parents (and I) went on a trip to a mountain park, and there was a terrifying lightning storm. Now, being parked in a little tiny dinky truck box RV on top of a mountain a kilometre high while lightning is flashing through the room every half second, while you can watch it trail down into the valleys is extremely scary, especially to a dumb idiot baby who doesn't know any better.
I remember staring out the window for what seemed like a good 5 minutes before I started to cry and then mom did that whole boob thing.

After that, my next memory is a bunch of spotty stuff from when I was about 4 years old to now.

I was around 3 years old and I can remember my mother calling my name to get my attention because I was laying on the couch in the adjacent room to the kitchen. It was our foyer in our old house I think.

I can remember several other things, but I've no way to date if they were before or after that specific event
