Since I don't know how you look like in real life, never thought to imagine you as an actual human guy for some dumb reason, instead I kinda imagined a snowman or a hydralisk getting a tattoo and I was astounded by the mental image.

the tackiest place for a tattoo is on your ankle. or widespread eagle wings on your back.

i do agree that putting it at the center of ur chest is not an aesthetically sound decision........
the shape of that part of your body is not really suited for this particular shape of tattoo I think
on one of your pecs would probably be better
