When will the server go public again?
Within the week most likely, and once it's up, it's up. Only time it will go down would be for maintenance. Also we have decided that stats and builds will be reset. The reason for this is back in the original release (V1) there were some extremely exploitable bugs that hadn't been fixed yet. The people who played in V1 got a huge and unfair advantage.
Starting fresh will make everyone on the same level with the same opportunities. People who made or were making extremely extensive builds, their builds have been saved to be reclaimed at a later time by the owner if they so choose, by buying a new lot to put them on.
I think they're making a new build for it. I've been watching the brick count on cavik's locked server slowly climb.
Yes we are making a new map. Most of the elements from the original map will stay, such as the mine, mountain, bank, etc. The layout however is being completely changed.
