If I had a sister, I feel that would be sweet. Has to be the same age though.
you're fantasizing about having love with a sister that doesn't exist
what the forget

I went to a family reunion and there are some cousins I would hop on no hesitation

No, not at all.

Here is how cousins work.

All black text is from your perspective.
All Red text is from your childs perspective.
All Orange text is from your grandchilds perspective.

For those curious, here is one possible way Derontchis hypothetical Cousin/Aunt could have existed, if they were inbred.

They would be your Aunt because they are your parents sibling's spouse.
They are also your cousin, because they are your parents siblings child, but also the child of the parent of that sibling.
Except you forget about the existence of great aunts and great uncles. Then, those aunts and uncles would be cousins. It makes more sense to group all cousins together, since they are all members of the same extended family, yes?

As if I need to be forced

The offspring of a great aunt or uncle is an aunt or uncle

no, your great aunt/uncle is just that, nothing more. everything has a different name because each member is inherently different and has a different role to other individuals in the family tree.

don't confuse him. the offspring of a great aunt/uncle would be your second cousin and your parent's first cousin

Aye, but they are still in the same extended family, are they not?

But would they not be your parents' cousins?

Aye, but they are still in the same extended family, are they not?

yes, but you don't group them all as cousins, you just call it your "extended family" if you're referring to all of them at once.

So at this point, it's just semantics? It's common practice among just about everyone I know to call your aunts and uncles cousins.

then they're handicapped or everyone you know is inbred
