Ligth usually still comes trough so you will be able to "see" the difference from light and dark
Unless your stuff really is forgeted up

So um...

After a 3 hour trip to Miami, the hospital says that my pressure's dropped from the 5 eye-drops and 2 pills that the other clinic gave me down to 21 and 22. They've prescribed 2 more eye-drops for use on a twice-daily basis, and my next appointment in Miami is November 5th. I was kind of hoping I'd actually be admitted to the hospital sooner for surgery so I can unironically wear an eye-patch on Halloween.

So, I got 5 eye-drops to relieve pressure, 1 to dilate my pupils, and 6 anesthetic eye-drops for a total of 12. I feel like stuff atm.

So yeah, not getting surgery yet. I can't tell if it's a good or bad thing either. At least all the doctors seem genuinely worried about me.

From what I heard, you can still sense brightness. The rest of it however, is not pitch blackness or anything, you simply don't see. It's like trying to read a book behind your head; it's  outside of your field-of-vision, so you can't. If you are blind then everything is outside of your field of vision.

blind people wear opaque glasses to block the light because it bothers them.
