I can't play GTAV

When I start up the game on Steam, loving gay Social Club runs for a second and then instantly crashes saying, "GTA V LAUNCHER HAS STOPPED WORKING."
Now I wouldn't normally post here for software help, but I've looked everywhere without the solution.
Disabling my GPU does not fix this issue. This is the most common solution that I've seen. It does not work.

Lots of answers saying Nvidia is this issue, therefore disabling it in Device Manager. I have a EVGA 750ti.

I would like to inform you that turning off, OR DISABLING, your graphics card, will not fix your problems.
