That looks amazing! When are you planning to meet for games?
Usually we meet Friday evenings and once on the weekend, also during the evening. Evenings = around 4:00pm PST, though we sometimes start earlier.

Can I join in next session?

Do entire games last multiple weeks? I've never played D+D but have friends that meet weekly throughout a number of months playing in the same story line. If it's just a few weeks I'd love to join.

we usually have a single mission in each session that we finish, part of the larger overall storyline which iirc has been going for 3 years. you can expect the games not to cut off in the middle of some important part, which is why our sessions can last upwards of 3-4 hours.

Which edition is this based off of?

I'll play. Which edition though? - http://steamcommunity.com/id/Snick0rz/

It's BLD&D. It's modified to work better on a small grid with large pieces, and not much space for character info. It's probably the most similar to 3.5e.

The main changes are as follows:
We don't strictly abide by the grid system. The general idea that if you are in a room with a monster, you can hit it.
We don't have much space on the char sheets, so all the skills are reduced to their base stats (Str, Dex, Con, Int, Wis, Cha).
We level up arbitrarily (usually after great feats). XP is a pain to keep track of and seriously encourages violence.

Most people can pick it up within 10-20 minutes.

Oh, charsheets are internal? I'm actually curious as to how this is orchestrated!

I'll do it.
For some reason, You probably removed me from your friends list, I cant find your account.
Anyways, I'll play: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198062243624

Going to be hosting a generic level 1 game that is open to the public. By 'generic' I mean literally no knowledge of the game or world is needed. I will also be creating some pre-made characters, because I don't want to guide new users through that process.

Anyone can join, but I will ban anyone who I believe to be dragging the game down until the session is over. It starts at 5:30 PM CST.

I'd like to check it out, but I'm not a big fan of using pre-made characters. I've played several tabletop games and as a GM, I know how annoying it is to teach new players how to create characters, so I get why you're using pre-made character sheets. But would it be alright if you could PM me the character creation process? I dislike using pre-made characters and I'm getting the implication it's just a simplified version of 3.Xe's stuff so I shouldn't need much help.

But I 100% understand if you don't want to make any special cases for one player or don't want to have to validate a character made rather last minute (or, worse, answer questions... trust me I know). It's not too big of an issue for me.

Also, for anyone wondering: It's starting 6:30pm in Eastern time, and 4:30pm in Pacific. I'm going to set an alarm for 6, haha.

Have you considered using something external, like Google Sheets or Myth-weavers? For all of my Pathfinder games, I tend to use the latter and really like how it's organized, but I suggested the former too because it's simple enough. I guess you lose that seamless "everything's on Blockland!" deal but it might be worth consideration I guess.

A simple question, its possible to make Warhammer with this tabletop gamemode?

Time to snatch a spot :^)
