-faster hunger but another buff slot
Does this mean you get 3 perk slots one of them taken by the faster hunger or just 2, because if you get one extra slot with it, this is useless

hospital
doctors

now
explain how they will work mechanically and if it works it will be added

people get hurt. health regeneration is slower. one can buy tiers of medical aid (bandaids, pills, hospital care) to heal themselves. players get money from the government if they go around healing people for free if welfare is activated (or if people buy at a hospital, the government subsidies the costs to a certain point).

people retain items/clothes/food/money if they are picked up by an ambulance and don't expire (critical damage will still make people die). still costs money, but less so. money given to hospital or government or pope depending what the laws are.

forms of hospitals include:
welfare hospital, capitalist hospital, and church clinic or some stuff.

hospital has a ceo/government official/pope (if laws dictate that pope runs hospital).

some laws may be able to dictate if players can open their own hospitals with their own perks. this creates a hospital lobby and will be interesting. but im just thinking another part of government/society and there is a head of the hospital that gets to distribute crap to stuff like supercar ambulances

since you guys like to focus on largely dumb stuffinteresting ideas like alligators with guns i dont see why this wont work.

I have a feeling that a criminal is going to become superior of the police and set funds to the lowest just so they can kill the popo with no trouble.

Also I hope to god this gets finished, do us proud.

hospitals as you suggest them would need to be restricted to government only lots as player lot hosptials would swarm the server and make hospitals largely an upgrade to a traditional, non-hospital lot unless there is a form of upkeep, but any significant upkeep would drive hospitals out of business due to the inconsistent nature of their income. the alternative, a world of gov or church only hospitals, would be exceptionally unfair to anyone wishing to be a criminal as they are effectively barred from revival when down due to being forced to use hospitals. this both allows cops to camp hospitals in case anyone tries to revive their criminal buddy or forbid criminals from getting revived at all if hospitals won't revive them outright. similar situation with government spawned health items which would give government workers, for example the police, a distinct advantage over everyone else. healing items will instead be craftable by everyone and if you get downed all it would take to revive you is some other guy holding left click.

update: friendigators

you can tame wild alligators by getting them below 50% hp and using a collar item on them which is craftable but only has one use. you can also control your tamed alligators with a whistle which is craftable as well. you can either make your tamed alligator attack a target, follow you (alligators will follow you into cars), or sit still. these tamed alligators are not to be confused with police alligators which are different because 1. they're police only 2. you can only have one of them at a time and 3. they can sniff out criminals (which is our replacement for cityrpg /crims) while the tamable alligators cannot. tamed alligators will have the same amusing name generator used for their names though. wild alligators spawn along the shores of the island and their spawn rate can be changed by a mayor law and can even be turned off. by default you can tame 3 alligators and no more unless you have the alligator perk mentioned in destroyerofblock's post earlier which might increase the tame limit to 5 we haven't figured it out yet. you get demerits for shooting at other people's alligators if they are not attacking you

its winter break now which means i have two weeks to work on suburbia and i have made a lot of progress today already. expect a lot more updates in the upcoming weeks.

Do you still need loops?
Secondly,
