France

Why should I consider going to France?
  • Lots of great places to visit
  • 34% of people understand English, so you can communicate without struggle
  • Being in the country helps you learn the language faster
  • Want to swim? France has a beautiful island named Corsica that has a beach and is usually uncrowded

Where can I learn the french language outside of France?
There are many great websites, but the my personal favorite to learn French for free is Duolingo.

Where are some of the places I can visit?
I recommend checking out Paris, Nice, and Bordeaux.

Is it safe to live in?
Yes, infact it is actually safer to live in France than the U.S.A..

Conclusion
France is a great place to be in with a great language. In this thread you can discuss about the French language or recent happenings in the country.

germany best europe country

1940 best day of my life

  • 34% of people understand English, so you can communicate without struggle
seems like 100% of you doesn't understand percentages
edit: explanation: 34% is a very small amount and according to this percentage, it's quite unlikely that you'll come across someone who speaks english

But france is gay

It would be just as beneficial to move to scotland or another gay country

But france is gay

like the US?

34% of people understand English, so you can communicate without struggle

are you kidding? most french people demand you ask them things in their language or they'll simply tell you to forget off

and the outskirts of paris are atrocious. during a trip out of paris into belgium we got stopped by a group of black kids who demanded we pay them to wash our car and they wouldn't move without us paying. the only part of paris that was pretty to look at was the eiffel tower and close surrounding areas. aside from the awful people and stuff ring that surrounds paris i still enjoyed it but it's not as magical a place as everyone likes to think it is

edit: also the "beach" corsica is a whole island of it's own. not just a beach
