Author Topic: Odd chat link problem?  (Read 2016 times)

The forget is this?

Code: [Select]
<a:forum.blockland.us/>forum.blockland.us/</a>
Blockhead-747: <a:forum.blockland.us/>forum.blockland.us/</a>

it was in console.log

Hm, that guy was on my server earlier

OT: That is how to actually link something http:// converts automatically to that you are seeing in Console.log

This happens from time to time. It means blockland doesn't know what your default browser is. Reinstall your browser, and then reinstall blockland.

sometimes have to hold click or double to get it to work

Just a tip to everyone, you will never have to reinstall Blockland to fix this.

You just have to set your default browser, possibly through regedit because Windows doesn't like to update a certain entry, which is what Blockland reads from.
Then you restart your computer.

I don't quite remember and I'm not on Windows to have something to look at. I just know I did something like that to get it to work, I believe Zeblote told me about it.

Man, I could totally tell you guys if I had a Mac too :(

Well it just has " http:// " at the beginning so it makes it a link.
Yeah, but this is not always the case. Make sure you get the link from a browser tab, or else http://www.example.com/ wont be blue and clickable. It needs to be http://www.example.com/

You need to make sure the text is blue like this, otherwise the link WON'T work

How do you make the text blue?
