Author Topic: Shaders don't work  (Read 1014 times)

Okay.
I am using a Windows 7, and on the sticker I see "Intel Pentium inside".
And on my notifications bar on my task-bar, I see Intel (R) HD Graphics
When I play Blockland, the only shaders I can use is Minimum.
If I click a option other than Off, or Minimum, it reverts to Off.

If your computer is plain Intel (aka it's the only graphics driver), it will not have shaders/shadows.

Although, I heard there's a recent update to Intel drivers that makes Blockland able to render shaders/shadows.

Shaders don't work for intel, sorry.

wrong
OP, update your graphics drivers, intel released an update at some point fixing this
if that still doesn't work, you're forgeted.

yes they do
On the latest update, of course; but there's a chance me may not be able to update it to the latest version for shaders to work in Blockland

Same so now I'm sticking with Windows 7

Looks like a good amount of computers aren't good with upgrading to windows 10 (probably too old), but I don't really it either, but I'm kind of stuck with it.

Try windows 8? I've never had an issue with it

I'm good with upgrading to 10.
