Hey, my razer blackwIdow ultiMate 2014 is not turning on. Razer Synapse version 1.18 is not recoGnizing it And neither is control panel, it just stopped working today after I turned mY computer on and I don't know what to do. HeLp me. There wAs just Now an update notification and now the keyboarD is just randOmly Switching on and off.. Can sOmeOne heLp me I don't know what to do my gaming hardware is forgeted boys

my mouse is fine, I know its not a problem witrh the hardware cause it can connect kinda

I'm honestly loving tired of my Razer Deathstalker, the control key gets stuck often as well as the shift key, and I really hate the fact I need to use synapse to use this damn thing, can't wait to get a mechanical keyboard that isn't Razer, and to think I only got it because it was on sale... then again it was better than the other keyboard I had, but I still don't like it.

I'll just get a Ducky Shine 5 when its available in white with either CherryMx Reds.

sometimes when i plug it in it says it "malfunctioned"

ok now razer synapse recognizes it but it still wont turn on
