Jairo - Gay
Having just been exposed to Jairo's rooster, I ponder how best to express my disgust at Jairo's total lack of sensitivity and reasoning. The issue here is that this serves as a reminder that Jairo should stop caterwauling about what she doesn't understand. I do not say this as one of those negative critics who can always find something wrong with anything. Rather, I say it as someone who firmly believes that if you think that profits come before gay people like jairo, then think again. As this letter draws to a close, I want to challenge you, the reader, to lift our national policy from the quicksand of racial injustice to the solid rock of human dignity. That's what I intend to do until my last breath.
