Would your key deactivate if you had 2 sessions on and on the same PC?

No. Nothing happens.
You can double log onto servers if you really want to.

But don't do it. People don't like it when players do that.

when you see two of the same players on a server it's called multi-clienting
popular servers usually ban you for that so i wouldn't recommend doing it

Yes, that means that you are playing two completely different instances of the game. Like asking if you can watch you tube and be on Netflix at the same time.
