8gb is the recommended amount of rammy computer is lower end than this and I even have the same gpu, and I can run it at medium/high with 30fps (with AMD dual graphics on), do you have a dual graphics option in catalyst control center op?

it's under the performance tabalthough I wouldn't mess around with it if it's your first time using this, it doesn't look like you have another gpu in your computer anyway so it won't be therestill, gta v should run fine on those specs
