easier to target
step one of becoming well-adjusted is not being surrounded by starfishs

Learn to handle your emotions like an adult and not bottle it up. This doesn't necessarily mean crying your ass off all the time but express your emotions rather than force yourself to be stoic and cold all the time. It's not healthy and nobody else is going to sort out your personal problems for you.

crying is a sign of weakness and if your weak your exposed and if your exposed your easier to target so as long as you just keep it in and dont reveal emotion you can win and defeat them and last year wont happen again last year was so bad lets not go and redo last year
I broke people's faces when I bottled up emotion
also what

I only cry in front of my parents if at all, which usually doesn't happen more than once every two or three months.

It's a healthy way of relieving stress.

That doesn't mean you still can't try to act stoic in public.

Yeah, but I'm not the type of person who cries alot. I'd say the last time I cried was like 4 years ago.

it is alright to cry. crying is a natural response to pain

Why try to suppress a natural way of showing emotion?

Yes because;

1) Staring at the sun makes you cry
2) Having feels for something that doesn't exist
3) Onions

bottling up your emotions is a bad idea. i speak from experience.

crying means u have feelings

enjoy your range of emotions
before you lose them

Yes, but if you're male, never cry in public.

Yes. For me, when all the emotion happens it tends to be either crying or destroying an inanimate object (and my fingers). Crying resolves itself in a few minutes, and then you feel relieved, but I have a gash on my finger from last Saturday which is still healing because I stopped myself from crying and became furious instead.
