Well, is it alright to cry?

Yeah, it's nice to let out some pressure once and a while.

How does BLF feel about letting out emotion? Is it good? Or does it seem wrong to some?

I cry myself to sleep everynight

I cry too often to not hit yes

Only through your downstairs eye.

of course
repressing emotions doesn't get you anywhere. I know it messed me up a bit.

Yes. For me, when all the emotion happens it tends to be either crying or destroying an inanimate object (and my fingers). Crying resolves itself in a few minutes, and then you feel relieved, but I have a gash on my finger from last Saturday which is still healing because I stopped myself from crying and became furious instead.

my stress relief mechanism used to be building spheres out of lego and then smashing them on my floor
they started to become too robust to easily smash though.

I cry and Im a bearded lumberjack man so yeah its chill homie

crying is a sign of weakness and if your weak your exposed and if your exposed your easier to target so as long as you just keep it in and dont reveal emotion you can win and defeat them and last year wont happen again last year was so bad lets not go and redo last year
