Why don't you release your version then? It's not doing much good just sitting there lol
as described, please do release your version then as it is useful for beginning coders to develop code based off of crpgs

How about we keep to CONSTRUCTIVE criticism, yes? What are some things you want to see improved?

So basically what I'm getting from this is you decided to not release your version of CityRPG because of people who complain about CityRPG, then you proceed to complain about somebody else's CityRPG because it is not your CityRPG? Obviously the best course of action here is to release your idea of what "more effort" means to the public so we can learn from it and the CityRPG community as a whole can progress. That would be the constructive thing to do.

This isn't just directed at you, either. CRPG as a whole needs a fixing, it does, but it's not gonna change overnight with one guy doing all the heavy lifting while everyone else gets mad at him. Everybody who can contribute, and actually cares enough to contribute, should contribute.
Holy stuff. I won't answer all the questions, because forget typing on my phone. The reason I won't, is because the base mod was trusted to me with the presumption it will remain private. I am against private mods, but I respect the wishes of the author. I was trusted with various bricks like road bricks in private too. Plus the edit is not polished, stable nor tested. Even if I were to release it, it would be Iban's all over again. Instead of exploding at me, you could have clarified these things by asking why.

I actually have made CRPGs before. I actually have a great one on standby that I never hosted, but I stalled the release indefinetely because of all the drama that follows CRPG-s and that I had the realization that it was quite uninspiring.
You say that you made it but then you say you didn't make it, I don't understand.

Who was the original author of the base mod?

How did I explode at you? That was probably the most reasonable/non-offensive way anyone could've responded to your post.

Also, you're being very inconsistent. If it wasn't up to you whether or not the mod was going to be released due to privacy reasons, why would you say this?
I stalled the release indefinitely because of all the drama that follows CRPG-s and that I had the realization that it was quite uninspiring.

I don't think anyone here fully understands how broken crpg is.  It can't be released because it has so many issues, bugs, and exploits that it can't really be trusted in blockland general public.  there's a reason badspot used to always move the mod to failbin every time someone tried to post it, it's flat out broken.  asking to see the mod for 'coding help' is the equivalent of seeing a totaled car and being told to repair it.  there are so many splices and edits in any version you would get today that trying to follow code logic is impossible.  I have three versions of the mod and I would never try to 'learn' from any of them, rather I'd try to fix it by just redoing the whole thing.

somebody needs to make a new crpg mod, without using ibans(?), and totally forget any sense of hunger because that's a really annoying feature.

EDIT: im fairly certain that Midna is depicted as a youth in Twilight princess, so... 10/10 childresearch, burton.

the title says 18+
this is really stupid

you can't call a server 18+ if the host and 99% of the players on it are younger than 17

Diggy.

I guess it just seemed to me then.
