chances are it's not CIA, or at least not actually CIA

their current main focus is probably using whoever they can get to fighting in the middle east. i don't think they'd have the proper manpower/supplies to spare to attack the US, much less the proper necessities to get past intelligence agencies and securities

i just tuned into that one guy's stream, apparently the place's budget got cut pretty heavily this year so it could likely be some pissed off guy. this entire situation is ridiculous

Absolutely. The main issue is that crime isn't higher, it's just more televised. The massive media coverage over breaking events such as this one, in a way (in my opinion) fuel the idea for the crazed that they will become "famous" for doing it. Lots of people have heard this before, but I really think that the news should have an ethical policy where they identify the perpetrators, but refuse to go in-depth into them, as that is giving them what they wanted.
