Does anybody feel really nostalgic for the early 2000s or is it just me?

I especially love the way things were shiny, translucent or matte.

And the web design was edgy or simple but overall unpolished and messy.

These are some logos that I so know and love.

if you feel nostalgic for the early 2000s listen to all of the Ricky Gervais podcasts and raido shows

I'm only 15 but 2007 was pretty nice for me

The day Ed Edd n Eddy died, all joy died    :panda:

they're making a new samurai jack series that's airing in 2016. Samurai jack was my favorite tv show as a kid, and made me want to be a samurai. I learned how to sword fight because of that show, well it motivated me for lessons anyway. I'm so excited to see it again, I hope they don't ruin it though like they did with teen titans.

oh god the transparent part

ARGH
POKEMON
CRASH BANDICOOT
ZELDA
SPYRO

THE NOSTALIG GBA GAMES THAT WERE MY CHILDHOOD

nobody else remembers the translucent good stuff :(((

So glad early 2000s car designs are gone.

I don't want to be that guy, but I don't really find the 2000's really nostalgic at all, but if there was something I did really like it was the gaming magazines.

Obviously they're not exclusive to the 2000's, but just in general. There's just some sort of magic when opening up some older gaming mags, it's something I can't really describe.

I love the way translucent consoles look too. Like the clear N64's they made for example:

Or since we're talking about the early 2000's, a translucent PS2:

i had a slim silver PS2 but i had that blue transparent controller

I had a slim black PS2 which I loved because it could play all my amazing PS1 games.

2006 and 2007 for me
