i remember back in 2002 when I was 4, i would play my brothers half life 1 on our computer

i actually made it to the end after several of save/load states. i could never beat the nihilanth though. i did in fact beat opposing force.

we also had quake 2 which i beat when i was (I think) 8 or 9

I leveled up giratina, dialga and palkia all to level 100 and beat the game. I have to say these where the best moments of my life and when it all ended I was upset to find there was not much more to do in sinnoh

Dang, I remember that issue. I had the final issue of Nintendo Power come in the mail three years ago this month. My brother had a subscription from the very beginning.

Yeah i'm still kind of bummed out that I missed a couple of the last issues while I was still subscribed to them. I'll have to hunt down that last issue some day.

Yeah a lot of the older consoles back then were capable of doing online including the Dreamcast, PS2, GameCube, Xbox, and hell even the Sega Saturn. Also yeah Mercenaries was a great game.
