i like Swiss and Austrian cheeses

hmm.... Chedder is fine but kinda bland, Swiss I dont like, Pepper Jack has its perks, but I dont like the initial taste, so Ill have to settle with Mozzarella

I eat about three to five blocks worth of cheese each week, I've always enjoyed cheese. If I had to pick which cheeses I liked the most though, then it'd have to be Roquefort, St. Andre's and aged white cheddar.
