For any cheese connoisseurs here, I'd highly recommend any triple cream cheese. They're all amazing. While it's a specialty cheese (which might make it harder to find), you can always go to your local Whole Foods or Trader Joes and they'll have it.

For sandwiches, I prefer cheddar. I also use Parmesan, Provolone, Swiss, and Colby Jack.

For eating just plain cheese, colby takes the win.
