After i re-used tamper monkey and installed this script,check marks appeared all over my exes.

Is it something else or is this inside the mod as a debug feature for a backdoor?

EDIT2:Okay... Windows basically ran an automatic scan and showed me that there were no viruses i think. Interesting... I just had to refresh the desktop.

Definitely not. All a tampermonkey script is, is javascript that's executed in the browser only. It has nothing to do with anything outside of the web browser.

Most malicious browser addons that affect your computer usually use javascript exploits. Maybe things like tampermonkey prevent these exploits but frankly,i might be wrong myself.

javascript cannot interact outside of the browser

browser add-ons from the chrome store or whatever probably would effect your computer maliciously, but javascript won't at all

Keep in mind that userscripts can be used to hijack your BLF account. Don't install stuff from sketchy users cause they can push an update with malicious code.
