How to connect i-Cade 8-Bitty To PC?

I have looked everywhere in Google and stuff and found nothing useful whatsoever.

I hope someone knows how to, this thing was connected to one of my old devices and now I want to connect it to a newer one, of course, I can't find anything to reset it!
Is there a way???

Hold the two MODE buttons and it will reenter pairing mode.

Look for something that looks like it can connect from the device into the pc.

EDIT: The 8-bitty seems to stop broadcasting Bluetooth before my PC can connect

i looked it up and the reviews make it seem like it's complete garbage. it's not even meant for pc anyways.
