Quick update:
~ Rarity minimum cap is now 1.8, makes it so players get at least 1 good gun
~ More special rounds added. Chance is 1/6

Special rounds are cool, things like horse and wall-e jump it up a bit, but the x2 timescale rounds do not work, zeblote done it on Zix's server and it ends up the exact same way every time. Whoever has the fastest firing gun wins

Hi-blast also still needs a nerf
