Questions on music creation

So I have a few questions regarding the creation of music for Blockland.

• Am I allowed to use full versions of a song, assuming it is under Creative Commons or noncopyrighted (like from NCS)?
• If a song is copyrighted and not under the Creative Commons license, am I allowed to use full versions of the song, could I use only part of the song, or am I just not allowed to have any version of it in my server?
• When a song is remixed, assuming the original song is copyrighted and not under the Creative Commons license, am I allowed to use the the song, preferably the full version, in my server, or might I have to only use part of the song?
• Are loops supposed to stay under 30 seconds long? (When I do loops, I could go much longer than 30 seconds)

but I was asking about any other restrictions, mainly legal restrictions, or just any other restrictions in Blockland.

It's a game, people use ripped music all the time. Noone cares about copyrights here.
