How do I hold a wire against the wall?

I got myself a 10m ethernet cable because wireless is loving stuff and I can pull 200Mbps wired (Not going to brag but...)
Either way the wire is currently under the door but my mother wich has to be a total cunt is bitching to me that she cant clean my entire room anymore because the is a 1cm wire on the ground.
So I was thinking about letting it go arround the door and behind my closet so it arrives at my desk
So yeah. I was thinking of these

But do they really keep in place? They seem like they can rotate arround the nail. Also wire cbrown towns isn't an option.

its more a matter of respect for your parents than anything else
like if they dislike it being dirty it would be respectful and nice to clean it
