He's left his digital footprint as a known starfish, and that will probably always follow him in his interactions with the community here (if not other places as well). People who known offenders are given less slack when they re-offend. Haven't you ever read the story "The Boy Who Cried Wolf"? It's a similar situation here, but instead JazZ/Yola gets banned, says he'll change, then comes back doing the same behavior like an unfixable broken record. In the end, he's just getting what he payed for.
