early primates planted human seeds and we slowly rose to dominance

let me put it in a way the OP can understand:

the parents forgeted eachother constantly then they forgeted their kids then their kids forgeted eachother then their kids forgeted their grandkids then their grandkids forgeted eachother then their grandkids forgeted their great grandkids then their great grandkids forgeted eachother then their great grandkids forgeted their great great grandkids then their great great grandkids forgeted eachother then their great great grandkids forgeted their great great great grandkids then their great great great grandkids forgeted eachother then...

the cycle continues to this day and you dont realize it.

we just kept taking ribs from men to make more women

Absolutely no incest was necessary
Life started out probably as some sort of super-primitive self-replicating lifeform that eventually evolved onto land, into apes and then gradually into humans (of course i'm skipping a lot of steps here but that's all that's really necessary to explain this specific part)
at no point was incest *required*
