latency spikes while i'm the host

whenever i'm hosting a server I get around 30 latency. after 2 to 3 seconds, It raises to around 150 and immediatly goes down to 30. This causes a freeze to me and everyone in the server, which sucks.

I'm running RTB and oRBs on blockland, and I run it as a non-steam game (cus I use alts). I have no other CPU/Internet intensive application running on background.

Try Optimizing your ping. Use this program called TCPOptimizer 3.0.8. You can set your optimal speed so that your ping doesnt spike so much.
