I really want to be a forensic officer as I study biology in the university. I do need to choose which force. There's the federal which isn't too well maintained but have power over the entire country and the metropolitan which are in top shape but only control the capital. Where I'm living, it's basically the same either one of them. BLF's opinion?

Also note I'm going to be joining as a civilian and not a militant.

Because other than it being a stable job, I get to do stuff in a lab regarding crimes and I enjoy solving mysteries.

if you're not all that interested in the power aspect of the job then metropolitan sounds like a better choice--and the metropolitan police wiki page said this: "The force was intended to use high technology support and adopt a policy of zero tolerance," so i'm sure the lab you'd be working in would be pretty cool

also: "Civilians often tend to choose the Metropolitan Police over the Federal Police, due to high levels of corruption in that country's Federal Police."

If federal I guess you could be stationed anywhere in the country, and possibly moved about.

I'd have to ask an actual officer about that. I've got no ties to the millitary so I'm not sure if the workload would be bigger. I also have a federal station nearby and no clue about the metropol.

None. The civil defense is in charge of drugs. To get to civil defence, I must be a millitant and experience in firefighting.

I've got no penal record. I meet all of the legal specifications. Not sure about physical requirements though.

This will change because the president is no longer CFK and Macri began fixing the corruption and making all of the statistics public. I still have one more year before being able to enroll in the academy so things will change.
