Archive Problems (.rar)

So I download a .rar file (like an archive for a bunch of addons) and I put them in the addons section of Blockland. After restarting, I don't see my addons. How do these .rar files work? I've tried saving them then opening them (all opening does is open up crapnet explorer and automatically closes, creating a duplicate) and even making 5 of them at once! I'm very puzzled on how this works. If anyone can help me with these .rar files, I'd appreciate it.

you need to unpack the .rar file
it should be full of folders or .zip files, put those in addons

How would I unpack the .rar file? I right clicked it and I didn't see a button that said "unpack."

Get 7Zip or Winrar to open rar files. After that, select all the files inside and extract them into your add-ons folder.
