Why is it that on certain servers, some people stop loading at "Loading Objects"?

This problem has prevented me from joining many fun-looking servers.

Cave Story!!!! And this is your problem, not that of the people running the server. It can be caused by many things though.

No, usually it'd be the server's problem. Most of the time the fun-looking servers are run by idiots who don't know how to script and break half the functionality of the game which prevents half the people from successfully joining.

Ah...

Because i stop loading objects on Rkys RPG server.....
And i WANT to play on that server.
And i cant....And its just URRRGGHHH....

I have this same bug, it only seems to effect one of my computers, the other one works perfectly fine. Nothing seems to fix it, from fresh installs to a friends add-ons and base folder.

I have no idea why you guise cant join, It appears to happen to several people, but grim tried on a different computer and was able to get through... so I don't think its a problem with my server.

It's OK. You don't want to join rky's server anyway. He gives you a wrench that lets you spawn anything you want and then bans you if you spawn the super horse. Plus, it's just not that fun. Just wait for the good stuff. And by "the good stuff" I mean Ephialtes' RPG.

It happens on my server, Grimreaper, and Mr.Smash have this problem. I gave grim my add-ons folder, and we tried numerous things. Still no go.

I hope this gets fixed in Version 9.0

Because that would be great.
Custom mod loading from individual servers.

Yeah. For some reason, some Macs can't join my server. Just a few Macs. Everyone with Windows can join my server just fine. Weird, eh? I STILL haven't been able to figure out what causes this. I've even sent clones of my entire BL folder, and it still explodes. Weird, eh?
