with my family we played one called Welcome To My Family

everybody gets a small slip of paper, and they write down the name of a celebrity/book/movie/anything in pop culture and put it in a hat. a reader picks them out and reads them aloud for everyone to memorize. people then start guessing what other people wrote, and if you get it right, they join your "family" and if you win against someone who is the leader of a family of multiple people, you gain that entire family. whoever gains everybody else wins

people will start forgetting what was written down and it's funny
