GTA V halp pls

Ok so every time I try to launch GTA V from steam it loads the launcher and then gives me this message:

"Offline mode not available

Offline play is only available for accounts that have previously signed in on this machine while connected to the internet while social club services are available.  You have not previously signed in on this machine so offline play is not available.

Social Club Services are currently experiencing technical difficulties.

No problems were detected with your internet connection."

But I have verified that social club services are up and plenty of people can play the game, and I've searched everywhere for a fix to this stupid piece of stuff but nowhere is helping.

Verify the integrity of the game cache.

Right click, go to 'Properties', then go to 'Local Files', then click 'Verify Integrity of Game Cache'.

Then you play the waiting game until it cooks your dinner.

Rockstar social club is a huge pile of bullstuff, its worse than the horror called Games for Windows LIVE, this stuff never works, many people just patch the game or use a bypass to play offline but Rockstar keeps patching the damn game because they want to force people to sign up for their damn social club bullstuff.

Honestly just get the patch and play offline without having to deal with this crap its worth it but I wont post a link to it because even though people who use the patch to play without a social club account have a paid version of the game the patch is also linked to the asshats that use it for a cracked version of the game.

Sorry dude but I don't have the files , their on one of my cousin's computers, I don't own GTAV I got called to his house because he was having the same issue as you are, I got them from just searching "GTAV Social Club Bypass" then I found a video and went to some random forums where I downloaded a patcher for him and it was fixed for him, that was like 6 months ago I mentioned because he was having the same issue, the last GTA game I have owned was GTA:SA and GTA:IV and IV doesn't even work anymore because of both social club and games for windows live being discontinued.

Rockstar seems to be getting stufftier every year for me.
