There is the code for the minecraft template.

NOTICE

This template is NOT FINISHED

Due to bugs i was unable to fill in many key events for fatal bloodbath, and there were limitations on death events. I plan to expand this template to fulfill the necessary events.
This current build will supply enough events for an acceptable game, but the finished build will have enough fatal events to give proper flavoring to the minecraft universe.
If anyone creates a finished version of the template, please send me the code for it via a PM on my profile. I will give proper credit for the finished template.

Also, be aware that this template is set on HIGH death rate. If set to medium, which should be the basis of all hunger games, the characters will have to be re-applied.
I will modify the template to make the characters null and void as a default basis template and then post it below for your use.
