Yes, there is, but it won't turn out as good as you might think. When loading a build, click on the map button and it'll drop down. Click a map then choose the build. But the bricks will spawn in a totally different location. For example, if you build something on top of the light in Kitchen, it'll be just outside the house in Bedroom, you wont be able to move it around. However, it'll be there nontheless.
