Gamemode_Slayer is broken?

I downloaded Gamemode_Slayer 8 times, and it still won't work. It's in my addons folder, but it won't show up when I try to enable it when creating a server. I joined a TDM with slayer 'installed', and, at the end of a round, it said "You cannot see the 'End of Round Report' because you don't have Slayer installed." What do I do? (Also, when I try to download other gamemodes based off of Gamemode_Slayer, for instance, Search and Destroy, it doesn't work)

There's a chance you didn't see the chat and it could be running a beta version of Slayer while you use the stable version; or vice versa.

I could be wrong about this.

There isn't supposed to be a description.txt, this is so that Slayer doesn't turn up in the gamemode selection menu (this is normal).
Your second image has nothing to do with this topic and the first image isn't the entire console.log

NOEDIT: Disregard what I said about description.txt, it may be your issue after-all.
That console.log is still important, please upload it.

The latest version is v3.9.4

Use the stable branch.

There also appears to be an issue with loading Support_Updater, please delete the .zip file - Slayer will re-download it for you.

Your copy of Support_Updater is corrupted. Please download a new copy from here: http://mods.greek2me.us/storage/Support_Updater.zip

It will then fix Slayer for you.

I really recommend you check your hard drive for errors now.
Use Windows' chkdsk utility and/or a free program such as CrystalDiskInfo or HDDScan to rule out the possibility that your hard drive is failing.
