Your copy of Support_Updater is corrupted. Please download a new copy from here: http://mods.greek2me.us/storage/Support_Updater.zip

It will then fix Slayer for you.

I tried it, still nothing. Maybe another addon is overwriting it or something?

There also appears to be an issue with loading Support_Updater, please delete the .zip file - Slayer will re-download it for you.

Do you have more than one folder/zip with Gamemode_Slayer or Support_Updater in your Add-Ons folder?
Can you also confirm that their names are exactly Gamemode_Slayer.zip and Support_Updater.zip
