I've been in a abandoned tinsel factory, insane asylum, destroyed underground missile base, radio station, tobacco farm house and this farmhouse which is on page 1.

when I get the pictures ready you'll see the other 5 locations.

Dear god why?

This book was found inside the insane asylum.

The insane asylum was shut down because it didn't hold the same standards an insane asylum should. There were kids with maggots crawling in the ears and some kids were sleeping in their own stuff.

The asylum got shut down for good.

I even got to look at the medical records when they were performing tests on the kids and the kid was frothing at the mouth because of it.

Can't wait to see more, did you ever think about not going in?

I went in without a problem.

Just so you people know apparently abandoned buildings do actually produce Stalactites. Out of concrete and chemicals. I wouldn't touch one.

Did you ever run into locked doors?

Did you ever run into locked doors?

In the abandoned radio station I had to climb through the window to unlock the main exterior door for my friends.

In this farm house we actually sawed off a boarded piece of wood that was blocking a window to get in. Then we unlocked all the doors from the inside.

i am extremely envious! urban exploring is probably the only thing I still want to pick up as a hobby besides drawing, skateboarding and playing the guitar.
the reason why i cant though is because good luck finding proper abandoned houses or anything interesting similarly in The Netherlands!!
i heard a lot of good things about Germany, but im not enthusiastic enough to do such a long drive, especially not alone.

i love this thread though, keep this up!!!

Ever thought about practising lockpicking, could be useful but I suppose bashing a door until the lock breaks doesn't really matter in an abandoned building

It's a felony in Massachusetts but a misdemeanor in Connecticut.

But it was already like that when you found it!

They will charge you if you have any tools on your person.

That sledgehammer was there when we came here!

being some parkour nerd i love exploring urban locations and getting in places i'm not supposed to be but these places just look uhh, well, i'd have to burn my clothes after spending little more than half an hour in any of them

i have no balls when it comes to such filth
