Can I cut the tie with my Steam bl_id with my steam account?

i thought you had to buy blockland to play it on steam as well as the original $20 version, but i realized that was not the case
at this point i dont care about a refund anymore, i just wanna use the $20 version on steam.
can this be fixed?
